070 - Kacy & Clayton

Last year, Saskatchewan’s Kacy & Clayton put out the incredible album Carrying On, which made its way on to the Cups N Cakes list of the “Best Albums Of 2019”. We are such big fans of their work that their album Strange Country made our list of the “Best Albums Of The Decade”. It’s for this reason that we are especially excited about this episode of Inside The Artists Studio!

Near the end of 2019, Sean Newton sat down to talk with Clayton Linthicum of Kacy & Clayton on their stop in Edmonton during a particularly heavy snowfall. Kacy Anderson was recovering from a neck injury sustained in Calgary the evening before, so Sean and Clayton sat down in a cramped office at the Starlite Room to talk about the great province of Saskatchewan, accordion jams, and curling.
