Premiere: Aversions - Sharp Left Turns

Every city is unique but Vancouver might take the cake. Aversions deliver their musings on the good, the bad, and ugly of their hometown with an energetic post-punk and post-hardcore backdrop. Gearing up for the release of Sharp Left Turns, a new EP set to arrive on January 14th, 2022; the Cups N Cakes Network are very pleased to deliver an exclusive premiere of the EPs title track.

The song sees singer Sam Coll venturing beyond the confines of his hometown to wax sarcastic on the absurdities of communist regimes running off American dollars while casting an eye inward at the freaky solipsism required to ignore the implications on life back at home. Meanwhile the rest of the band doubles down on their sonic tendencies to delivering their most ferocious track to date.
