Premiere: The Denim Daddies - The Simple Man


The Denim Daddies new take on outlaw-inspired alt-country has been satisfying the purists and the newcomers alike. They exploded onto the country scene in the prairies in 2018 with the release of their Thinkin’ and Drinkin’ EPs. On the back of these two EPs, they toured Western Canada numerous times, appeared at festivals like Big Valley Jamboree, Dauphin Countryfest and UP+DT, and have shared the stage with the likes of Cheap Trick, The Dead South, The Sadies and Gord Bamford,

It’s been too long since we heard new music from this fantastic Edmonton act. Luckily, that changes today. The Denim Daddies are getting ready to release "The Simple Man," their first new song since early 2019. The track reintroduces us to The Denim Daddies with a driving, 70s influenced, rock tune that sports an undeniable feel-good vibe.

The song will be officially released on January 27th but you can hear it early today! Only at The Cups N Cakes Network!
