Wayfinding, Grimelda, Aversions, and Bernice

Wayfinding - Wayfinding

Wayfinding released their brand new, self titled project. Coming from two very different ancestral beginnings, Wayfinding’s Ryan Beattie and Tyler Marek, break paths together, and redefine their own existence through music. Wayfinding may exist in the world of shoegaze, but their music explores far beyond the genre.

Grimelda - It’s So Feeling When You Rock

With a total of 6 tracks and a run time of 18 minutes and 48 seconds, It’s So Feeling When You Rock has more surprises than 100 boxes of Crackerjacks. And when it comes to surprises in music, it’s not an easy feat! I remain blown away at Grimelda’s ability to change tempos and create seamless and unique transitions.

Aversions - You Wanted the Bike

EastVan’s post-punk, 80’s post-hardcore and current-monsters, Aversions, attack and slay the airwaves with their third release, You Wanted the Bike. The album is extremely dynamic with strong melodies with periods of urgency; however, the songs take a breath, reminding us what the urgency is.

Bernice - Cruisin’

The boundless creators and powerhouse which is Bernice, continue to explore, discover, and claim who they are, and where they belong in the music industry. At times, Cruisin’s tracks seem to be but a fleeting thought, a small yet complete piece of thought, and at others, an angelic poetic lament.
