Premiere: GHOSTFORM - “IRRESISTIBLE”

We are pleased to help share a new single from GHOSTFORM, a new band that is merging emo with post-hardcore elements. Comprised of Marvin Chan (Merv xx Gotti), Chris Dimas (Surf Dads), Gage McGuire (Surf Dads, Blue Youth), and Jon Wolfond (Blue Youth) — this Saskatchewan/Toronto band have already gained critical attention off the strength of their debut single, “SLEEVES”.

Today we are delivering their third single ahead of the release of the bands debut EP, SONGS TO CRY TO, on February 27th. The track is called “IRRESISTIBLE” and it’s a song about young love, lead singer Merv xx Gotti explains:

“We wanted ‘IRRESISTIBLE’ to revive the feeling of high school-type love that 2000s emo bands were so good at capturing. Halfway through, the song’s intensity shifts dramatically, which is how I remember those relationships usually go”.
