Premiere: MEGAFAUNA - “Beauty in Being Forgotten”

MEGAFAUNA is a mysterious experimental electronic artist from a small mountain village in British Columbia called Hazelton. Dark and eerie (sometimes downright uncomfortable) production has been the calling card of this artist through their first two albums.

MEGAFAUNA have been slowly releasing tracks from their third, self-titled, album which is set to arrive on September 25th. Their ominous production is in full display on one of the previously released advance singles while the other is more uplifting and energetic. Self-described at “despairtronica”, MEGAFAUNA delivers a score perfect for long dark nights of deep contemplation.

Today we are excited to premiere the third single from this release. The track is called “Beauty in Being Forgotten” and features a collaboration with Voidscan, a Floridian known for their Cyberpunk aesthetics. The two come together to create a dystopian soundscape that could soundtrack your favourite sci-fi video game.
