Premiere: Squids - "Popadynetz"
The Cups N Cakes Network are ecstatic to announce the debut full-length from Edmonton quartet Squids. They’ve been fan favourites in Alberta since they broke out in 2017 with their debut, self-titled EP. Best described as BADBADNOTGOOD and Animal Collective’s love child, their sound is impossible not to like. The new album is called Possijams and you won’t have to wait long to hear it… cause it’s out today on Bandcamp! (If streaming services are the poison you prefer for music, you’ll need to wait until February 12th.)
Along with today’s album announcement, we are also premiering a live session Squids recorded of a track called “Popadynetz,” which is the second to last song on Possijams.
